I discovered today, to my consternation, that there is a LAN house across the street: R$3/hr for access. Yesterday I paid R$25 at the hotel.
Yesterday I was listening to an orquestra play Händel in Ibirapuera park, today I am in a Wal-Mart. Culture shock.
What I learned in Brazil: Don’t say that Ronaldo is an “ex-jogador de futebol” - it will come back to bite you in the ass. Go Corinthians!
Sweet. Found free wifi. Last Leg: São Paulo. Each city gets bigger, more expensive & I find myself more alone. Today: just chillin’
Leaving for São Paulo in 3 hours. Enjoyed my stay in Curitiba except for one thing.
This might be my last day in Laranjeiras. If all goes well I’ll catch the bus to Curitiba tonight. Going to miss everyone here.
